So legte ich mich vorsichtig an ihre Seite,
versank dabei gar im Samt ihres Kleides.
Ihre Schönheit war blendend - Atem mir raubend.
Ich verlohr mich im Jetzt, und dem Glanz ihrer Augen.
Schnell war's um mich geschenen -
ich konnt nicht wiederstehen.
Ich küsste sie mit Lust - doch war mir nicht bewusst -
sie war des Teufels Braut - gehüllt in Engels Haut.
Sie hatte mich berührt und in den Tod geführt.
Seit jenem Jahr, seit jener Nacht, seit jener schwarzen Stund.
Spuk ich Nachts umher - und das nicht ohne Grund.
Ich will euch warnen - vor den Armen jener Teufelsbraut .
