Хотел я спеть повеселей, но что-то помешало.
Взглянул в замерзшее окно, — на улице метель.
А у меня спокойно было и тепло, и музыка играла,
И никаких гостей, затей премудрых и ночных страстей.

И от того я вздрогнул от тревожного звонка,
И молодая женщина, приятная снаружи,
