Они застраивают столицу и развиваются за счёт провинций, оставляя маленьким городам на существование мизерный процент от налогов.
Когда они добросовестно делают рейд по стране с проверкой, то удивляются и не понимают, почему везде такая разруха.
Люди в глубинке пытаются выжить, каждый день слушая по телевидению и радио, что постепенно всё налаживается, и скоро всё будет хорошо. Они смотрят в свои окна на разваливающийся район, и не замечают абсолютно никаких улучшений. Про них правительство вспоминает только во время выборов.
Новостной поток информации контролируется и тщательно корректируется таким образом, что СМИ освещают только положительные качества президента, отождествляя его с идеальным персонажем и героем нашего времени.
Никто не критикует правительство, потому что любая критика власти воспринимается в штыки самой же властью и жестоко карается законом.
Первые лица государства по-своему трактуют понятие «демократия», продолжают регрессировать и тянуть за собой всё необразованное население страны, делая всё возможное, чтоб каждое следующее поколение стало ещё тупее предыдущего.

They build up the capital and develop at the expense of the provinces, leaving small cities to exist a meager percentage of taxes.
When they conscientiously make a RAID on the country with a check, they are surprised and do not understand why there is such a devastation everywhere.
People in the Outback are trying to survive by listening on TV and radio every day that everything is gradually getting better, and soon everything will be fine. They look out their Windows at a crumbling neighborhood, and notice absolutely no improvement. The government only remembers about them during elections.
The news flow of information is controlled and carefully adjusted so that the media covers only the positive qualities of the President, identifying him with the ideal character and hero of our time.
No one criticizes the government, because any criticism of the government is perceived with hostility by the government itself and is severely punished by the law.
The top officials of the state interpret the concept of "democracy" in their own way, continue to regress and pull the entire uneducated population of the country, doing everything possible to make each next generation even dumber than the previous one.
