sind die Ursachen für folgende Irrtümer gewesen:
1. Dass der Mensch zwei wirklich existierende Prinzipien hat,
nämlich einen Körper und eine Seele.
2. Dass Energie, das Böse genannt,
allein vom Körper kommt
und Vernunft, das Gute genannt,
allein von der Seele.
3. Dass Gott den Menschen bis in alle Ewigkeit dafür strafen wird,
wenn er seinen Energien folgt.
Doch im Gegensatz dazu ist Folgendes wahr:
1. Der Mensch hat keinen von seiner Seele getrennten Körper.
Denn was Körper genannt wird, ist nur ein Teil der Seele,
der von den fünf Sinnen wahrgenommen wird,
den Hauptzugängen der Seele innerhalb der Zeitlichkeit.
2. Energie ist das einzige Leben und kommt aus dem Körper
und Vernunft ist die Schranke
oder äußere Begrenzung der Energie.
3. Energie ist ewige Freude
