What mantra will you give to my tormented soul?
Burning crosses hot on the domes of churches —
And we are in agreement with them, introducing Wu Wei into life.
SAI RAM, our father father; Karmapa-the light of the soul;
Oh, lamas of the Kagyu line — how good you are!
I will sit in the Lotus in the morning in the middle of the Kremlin
And the enlightened raw mother earth will shudder.
What do I need pearls and gold for, what do I need art nouveau for?;
I don't need anything but enlightenment.
The mandala with Mahamudra shines down on me —
Oh, the Volga, the mother Volga, the Buddhist river!
